Fit

Did not fit in all my shoes, even though they were all9.5 or 10. Very stiff.

They are supportive but not too thick so they fit in my sneakers very well.

Pretty good thin insole

I took out the factory insoles in my Adidas Fluidflow 2.0 and replaced them with these Cadence low arch insoles. They are a 'low arch' sole, but combined with the slight arch support in the shoe, they fit my moderate arches well.
4 stars because they aren't as form fitting as the Superfeet i have in other shoes. But they still support my feet well and have just enough cushioning that I really enjoy walking around in these shoes.

AWESOME

Instant relief for a flat footed person like me. Low profile so it fits perfectly in my boots. Highly recommend for folks with flat feet. Will buy again for sure.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • I have new balance size 12, 2E, what size should I get?

Size G (Men's 11-12) should work well for you.

  • I have balance issues. Do you have anything for that?

At times insoles can help with balance issues.  It is important to pick the correct insole for your arch height. If you have a low arch, the Cadence Low Arch insole is very good for support and helping with alignment.

  • My street shoe size is 10D; my Brooks running shoe is 11D; what size Cadence insole should I purchase?

If your regular shoe size is a men's 10D then you will want Cadence size F. If it is a women's 10D you will want a Cadence size E.  It is normal to need to size Brooks running shoes up just a bit so these sizes should fit properly.
