Free Returns on all Insoles!

We offer free returns on all insoles within 60 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt of your request we will email you an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label for the United States Postal Service (USPS.) Just pack up your return, affix the label, and put it in your mailbox.

If you have an account with us you can request the RMA number in the orders section of your account. If you checked out as a guest please email us with your order number and return request at support@insoles.com or submit an RMA request here.

In order for your return to be accepted, please make sure it is still in new condition and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected your original form of payment will be credited the full amount of the purchase price of the insole. If your item is not in acceptable condition for return it may be sent back to you without a refund. Please do not return any items without an RMA number.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges of insoles as long as it is for an insole of the same price. Exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt of your request we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label and mail out your exchange as soon as we receive your return. 

In order for your exchange to be processed, please make sure it is still in new condition and in the original packaging. Once your item is received and inspected your exchange will be processed and sent to you. If your item is not in acceptable condition for exchange it may be sent back to you. Please do not attempt to exchange any items without an RMA number. You can submit and RMA request here.
