QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
I bought these to help with over supination but the description says it prevents over pronation. Are these insoles the correct ones?
Yes, these are one of the best insoles for over-supination.
-
My shoes size is 8.5 to 9US depending on the make but is a 4E/Extra Wide foot, should I order a 9-10.5 size, which I could trim down?
With this insole it is generally best to order the size that aligns with your foot size. This will ensure that the metatarsal pad on the insole is properly placed beneath your foot.

My foot size is a Mens 10, but I wear an 11 hiking shoe. What size insole would you recommend: The 9-10.5; or 11-12.5?
It is best to keep the insole size as close to your foot size/arch length as possible. Because of this we would recommend the 9-10.5
