How do these compare to the 10 seconds metatarsal insole?
The metatarsal support on these is not quite as high as the 10 Seconds. The insole is also firmer than the 10 Seconds.

just wondering what the thickness in heel and ball area are.
The thickness in the ball of foot area is just under 1/4". The thickness in the heel area is approximately 1/2" including the cushion and stability plate beneath it.
