These insoles worked great in my sneakers. Size 8 was a perfect fit. They helped alleviate pain right from my feet right away. Will buy more for my other shoes.

Love these for high arches

High arch, high instep

Having a less than flexible foot, I find flat shoes cause me discomfort the day after I walk in them. After removing the insole in a very cute canvas lace up by Cariuma, I trimmed this RunProHi in the toe and placed it inside the Cariuma. Wore all day with no discomfort that day or the next. Delighted.

Height of the arch (current run pro high)

The arch height is 1 7/16 of an inch (close to 1 and a half inches) at the highest part of the arch
Can the Currex Run Pros be washed in a washing machine?

You can wash CURREX RunPro insoles by hand only. First, brush with warm water and mild soap using a nail brush or cloth. Then, leave them to air dry. Before wearing the insole again, ensure that it is completely dry. You can wash your CURREX insole about every 100 miles or as needed. CURREX insoles are not machine washable.
