What is your normal size is a half size? do you go with the lower size or higher?
We recommend going with the lower whole size if your size is a half size.

Do you need to take out the insoles that come with the shoes before using these? LIke in tennis shoes?
These insoles are designed to be used with the existing liner in the shoe. You do not need to take it out. Some people prefer to wear it on top of the liner, others prefer to wear it underneath it.
