QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
How to measure for size?
These come in whole sizes. We recommend ordering the same size as your shoe size or 1/2 size smaller.
-
Being 3/4 insole do you remove your current insole in shoe or place it on top ?
The 3/4 insoles are generally designed to be worn together with the current shoe liner. You can either place it on top or put it beneath the liner.
-
How often should you change the insoles if you use it everyday at work(8 to 5) and for walking 10k steps?
With daily usage of the insoles they will need to be replaced between 6-8 months.
-
Are these thin enough to wear with straps flat sandals?
These are very thin but it will depend on the sandal. It is difficult to wear insoles with most sandals because there is nothing to hold then in place. Out of all the insole options this one does have the best chance of working with a sandal.
-
I am a 10.5. What do you recommend?
We reccomend ordering a half size down to ensure proper placement of the metatarsal pad. A size 10 would be the best option for you.
