your description states Medium Arch. Dr. says I have a High Arch. what do you have in this product with High Arch.
This product may also work will for someone with a high arch. Or another good option for a high arch is the Ten Seconds Ultra Arch

Are these good for help with PTTD ?
Yes, these are good for Posterior Tibial Tendon Disfunction. However the Pinnacle Maxx may be a better choice because it has posting on the medial side which can be more beneficial for PTTD.
