Description

Looking for a light and supportive insert that can follow you from the court to the couch? Look no further than the 10 Seconds® Pressure Relief: a lightly supportive insert that can be used by any foot type and will add a comfortable layer of cushion to the shoe.

By utilizing body heat to create a custom-molded fit, the Plastazote® top layer and deep heel cushion provide a protective environment for the feet. This makes them a go-to recommendation for anyone needing low-impact support and pressure-sensitive cushioning.

10 Seconds Insoles fit in most athletic, casual, and hiking shoes that come with removable footbeds or liners. The insoles are designed to be used all day, every day, for standing, running, or any sport.

You may know this insole as the New Balance 3020 Pressure Relief Arch Support.

  • Foot types: Low Arch, Medium Arch, High Arch, Flexible Foot
  • Color: Green and red bottom with neutral top cover. The previous design was neutral and had a black bottom with a neutral top cover.
  • Abzorb® foot strike pads are strategically placed for maximum shock absorption at the heel and forefoot.
  • Air flow channels are molded into the shape of the arch to help provide cooling comfort.
  • Extra deep heel cup cushions the foot naturally, utilizing the cushioning tissues in the heel of the foot
  • Plastazote® top layer molds to the foot’s plantar surface
  • Trimmable Insert
  • This insole does not have a metatarsal pad. For the same insert with a metatarsal pad (to help distribute pressure and provide relief from conditions such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, and Morton’s neuroma), see the 10 Seconds Pressure Relief with Met Pad.
  • PVC and latex-free

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Do I need to have these heat molded to my foot?

No.  The materials used cause them to naturally form to your foot using your body's heat.

  • Are these a good insert for diabetics?

Yes, these insoles are made with Plastazote® and are great for diabetics who do not have a prescription orthotic.

  • Can these be trimmed slightly if needed?

Yes, the ends of the insoles are trimmable. Here are instructions on how to do it: How to Trim Your Insoles in 4 Simple Steps

  • Do these have good arch support? And how thick are they?

These have a cushioned, flexible arch support.  They are more for comfort than support. The thickness of the insole is approx 1/4" and increases slightly in the heel area.

  • How often should these 10 second pressure relief insoles be changed ?

It is generally recommended to replace them every 6 to 12 months, depending on how often you wear them.

  • How do these compare to the new balance pressure relief orthotics with metatarsal pad

The difference is there is no metatarsal pad on this product.  If you would like the same product as the old New Balance Pressure Relief you will be very happy with this one: 10 Seconds Pressure Relief with Metatarsal Pad

  • Are these similar to the ipr3020 insoles that you all used to carry ? I need some good cushion for my 928 .

Yes these are exactly the same as the old ipr3020 insoles.

These are wonderful!

For someone with fat pad atrophy, these are just great. They give cushioning and support just right. And they last a full year. I've just ordered my second batch and I'm really grateful that these insoles exist.

10 second insole

I have not worn them very much yet because my foot continues to slip when I have them in the shoe. I would like any advice on how to stop this slippage from happening when I have them in my shoes

These insoles are thicker than the factory liners so at times they do cause some slipping in the heel. It is best to use them in a deep shoe; athletic shoes usually work the best. Make sure to remove the factory liner before placing your insole in the shoe. If you are wearing an athletic shoe, you can also try lacing it in the very last eyelet. (Either remove from the second-to-last eyelet and place in the last one or use both in a 'runner's loop' lacing method.) Doing this will tighten the shoe are the heel/ankle and help it to slip less.

Very comfortable insert.

Treated several weeks for wound on bottom of foot. Insole was recommended by my doctor. My first review is how comfortable this insole is. This may keep me from a surgery on my foot. Already buying second set for shoes I use down in horse pen. Work excellent for gravel drive way I have to walk down

Very foot-comforting insoles

I have bone on bone sesmoids behind my big toe following a bunion surgery 6 years ago. I have searched and searched for insoles that would provide the level of comfort I need on the forefoot because it feels as though I am walking on a golf ball in that area. These insoles with the “special” insert in the forefoot have finally provided the comfort I need. I can finally walk and stand without pain or any discomfort in my feet all day long. I am so thankful for these insoles and please keep them in your inventory so I can order more in the future.

Good for fat pad atrophy

These insoles give good support for your whole foot, which you need for fat pad atrophy. They're soft and strong at the same time. They're a good substitute for the Power Step Pro Techs which seem to have gone extinct.

The 10 second point pressure insoles are wonderful…I had to change my shoe size as my doctor said might happen…but is well worth the change since my feet did not hurt…what a joy!

Shoe inserts

Purchased for 73 year old wife. She appreciates them very much. I have been wearing inserts for close to 60 years due to being born with flat feet. Shoes have never been made properly for the human foot. I started out with hard inserts which helped to develop an arch, and then started in wearing cushioned inserts for comfort. Your whole body improves with proper arch support. Just get them. At any age they improve your overall well being.

Finally found my insoles.

I started using these insoles many years ago. The best insoles I have ever used then all of a sudden I could no longer find them. I have four pair that I have been using over and over the last 8-10 years and they are still pretty good. So glad that I finally have a few more pairs.

Did not work well for the price

I bought these because of the reviews. The ones I am currently using work way better and there half the cost. I was hoping to get something better but these did not preform as the reviews stated.

I had to exchange for a different size Pressure Relief after I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. My bad! Can’t wait to try them when they arrive. Thanks for reaching out.
