Cloud walking

These aren’t like walking on a cloud but they sure are better than the dr made insoles or the ones that came with my shoes.

Painless

I put these insoles in my walking shoes and they help reduce the pain from plantar fasciitis a great deal. This is my second pair.

Support & Cushion!

The underfoot support shape of the Cadence insoles helped me recover from planter fasciitis. And now my older flat feet appreciate the heel cushion when walking. Is the shell or any other part of these hard plastic?

The stability plate on the bottom of the insole which supports the arch is a firm plastic. There is a full length high quality cushion on top of this. There is also a cushioned crash pad for the heel.
how thick in heel?

These insoles are about 1/2" thick in the heel. It is best to use them in shoes that have a removable liner.
