Description

Cadence Original Orange insoles were designed by a physical therapist to provide the elusive combination of semi-rigid support with greater shock-absorbing comfort.

These orthotics support the foot while offering true comfort and reducing stress and fatigue in your feet, knees, hips, and back. The orthotic-grade stabilizing shell provides semi-rigid arch support, while the exceptionally comfortable cushion in the heel can help relieve stress and pain.

Cadence insoles were designed with the active person in mind, and as a result, they can help prevent common injuries such as metatarsalgia, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, runner's knee, and Achilles tendonitis, among other ailments. Pack Cadence insoles in your bag for a hike or wear them for your next run; they will not disappoint!

  • Foot types: Medium Arch, High Arch, Flexible Foot.
  • Made with proprietary foam that conforms to your foot and provides superior shock-absorbing comfort from heel to toe.
  • Comes with a unique orthotic-grade stabilizing shell that provides uniform semi-rigid arch support. The foam is approximately 7mm thick at the heel and under the ball of the foot before tapering to 5mm at the toes.
  • The unique heel “comfort zone” protects the heel at impact without compromising support or stability. The heel cup improves pressure distribution, shock absorption, and foot alignment with every step.
  • Low-friction top cover treated with an anti-microbial barrier for odor protection.
  • The small size range per insole allows for a more optimal fit. Trim to fit as needed.
  • Hand wash in warm water and then air dry.
  • Cadence® Insoles are proud supporters of 100% Team in Training, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and The Folds of Honor Foundation.

People with foot deformities, chronic foot pain, leg length discrepancies, or circulatory conditions should consult a medical professional before use.

Cadence® No Risk Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return them within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Is the shell or any other part of these hard plastic?

The stability plate on the bottom of the insole which supports the arch is a firm plastic. There is a full length high quality cushion on top of this.  There is also a cushioned crash pad for the heel.

  • how thick in heel?

These insoles are about 1/2" thick in the heel.  It is best to use them in shoes that have a removable liner.

  • Does it have a metatarsal pad

No, these insoles do not have a metatarsal pad. Here are some other good options with met pads:

    New Balance Metatarsal Support

    10 Seconds Motion Control

  • Are this insoles stackable and would they work in zero drop shoes?

These are not recommended as stackable insoles unless there is a lot of extra room in the shoe. It is usually best to remove the existing liner before placing the insole. Yes, the Cadence original insoles work well in zero drop shoes.

Firm support but comfortable

My podiatrist recommended these insoles for my flat foot. I put them into my shoes and felt more support instantly. No break-in needed. They are great!

Much comfier!

The podiatrist recommended the Cadence "original" and I'm glad I listened! Much less stiff than the insoles I was using, but still with good support and a lot more comfortable and "normal feeling."

Best Insoles

My podiatrist recommended these for my high arches. I have terrible foot pain and these really help. I've tried several other less expensive brands, but always come back to Cadence. Ordering was easy and quick shipping.

Does not fit exactly as well as New Balance 400 which is no longer available. They will fit better after use possibly.

perfect fit, support

Using these for several years, probably not replacing them as often as I should! Highly recommended.

Good but too much height

I like how the insoles feel but the original insole was so much thinner than the cadence insoles that the shoe doesn't fit ideally when the cadence insoles are in. Still better than not having them but I think I should've gotten a thinner version.

Cadence Original Orange

They were recommended by my Physical Therapist in Fargo ND. They work better for me anyways than the other top end insoles I had tried. Shipping was lightning fast, of course I live in the state right next to where these ship from.

Great so far!

I got these insoles following a total hip replacement because my good leg was getting tight when I went for my walk.
They seem to be helping. It’s still not perfect, but, it is a lot better since I started wearing them.

Cadence insoles

Have used the Cadence insoles for years, great support and long life. Often outlasting the shoes and boots they’re used in, help eliminate foot pain for a very long time. Will keep using them, valuable when on your feet for hours.
