The Currex RunPro High Profile insole is specifically designed for runners with high arches. If you have medium arches check out Currex RunPro Medium, and if you have low arches check out Currex RunPro Low.

The arch height is 1 7/16 of an inch (close to 1 and a half inches) at the highest part of the arch

Can the Currex Run Pros be washed in a washing machine?
You can wash CURREX RunPro insoles by hand only. First, brush with warm water and mild soap using a nail brush or cloth. Then, leave them to air dry. Before wearing the insole again, ensure that it is completely dry. You can wash your CURREX insole about every 100 miles or as needed. CURREX insoles are not machine washable.
