Care instructions
Hand wash. Air dry. Use an old toothbrush with soft bristles if needed. Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel, and allow to air dry. Do not place near a heat source such as a vent. Do not machine wash or dry.

Are they good if you have flat feet

I am a female but I almost always wear men's sneakers and boots. So should I get insoles for men or women and is there a difference between the 2?
Nearly all insoles are unisex. We have them divided between men's and women's to make the sizing easier. It would be best to get an insole that corresponds with the shoe and size you are wearing. (If you are wearing a men's size 9 shoe then get a men's size 9 insole.
