Description

The pressure relief can help provide protection against diabetic ulceration and relief for arthritis or any foot sensitivity. It is designed to mold to the shape of your foot and evenly distribute pressure in a hypoallergenic, anti-microbial environment.

Metatarsal support helps to relieve ball of foot pain, including metatarsalgia and neuromas, while the forefoot pad allows for increased shock absorption in the ball of the foot. An extra heel cushion helps to prevent and provide relief from plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and fat pad atrophy.

This insole is designed to add superior comfort and support to work shoes, military and service boots, athletic shoes, and casual shoes.

  • Foot types: High Arch, Medium Arch, Low Arch, Flexible Arch
  • Biomechanical engineering utilizes advanced materials to provide support and stability for foot health and comfort
  • Very soft, open cell 25 durometer Plastazote® top cover material self-molds to the foot and contours to pressure points
  • Metatarsal rise helps relieve pain in the ball of the foot
  • Anti-friction fabric wicks moisture away from the foot, reducing heat to prevent blisters
  • The polyurethane base layer provides cushioning that does not flatten or lose comfort over time
  • Vy-Gel™ performance grade elastomer pads provide shock absorption across the forefoot and heel strike to protect against fasciitis.
  • For a diabetic shoe insert without a metatarsal support, see the New Balance Pressure Relief 3020
  • Trimmable insert
  • Care instructions: Handwash and air dry
  • Made in the U.S.A.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • how thick are these

The forfoot is approximately 1/4" thick and the area beneath the heel is about 1/2" thick

  • How long do you think they will last before you would buy another pair

This specific insole usally needs to be replaced once every 6 months.

  • Does the thickness aggravate morton's toe?

It should not aggravate morton's toe as as long as you have enough room in the shoe. Make sure to remove the existing liner in the shoe before placing the insole. The metatarsal pad on this insole is usually beneficial for morton's toe.

  • I have callouses on outside at the front of my feet. What insole should I get?

You could try the 10 Seconds Pressure Relief. It will not get rid of the calluses but will add cusion and reduce friction in the shoes.

  • I am a female with EE width - are the men’s insoles wider then women’s?

The Pressure Relief insoles are unisex, so the men's insoles are the same width as the women's.

  • Does this have a high arch support? And is it firm enough that it doesn't flatten under weight?

This insole has a nice medium arch support. It is a soft insert with a plastazote top cover and will give support but also flatten under weight.  If you are looking for a high arch insole that will not flatten under weight you may want to try the Prothotic Ultra Arch.

  • I have no arches and dont know what insoles to order

The Pressure Relief is a great insole for a low arch.  Another good option is the Spenco Total Support.

These insoles provide effective relief for various foot conditions including plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, and diabetes-related pain. Customers said they're "comfortable" and offer "great arch support." Many are repeat buyers, with some purchasing 4+ pairs. A few noted the arch support may not suit extremely flat feet, and one desired wider gel coverage.

Awesome

Tore a tendon in my foot last year and when I no longer needed a boot the podiatrist told me to get these. They were incredible for many reasons. I also have plantar fasciitis and multiple other issues with my feet. I can walk very well and my feet are great with these in my shoes.

use this every day

This is my second pair of the Pressure Relief insoles. I have history of tendon rupture in my foot and now have a large metatarsal head callous that I can't walk on without an insert. These insoles are wearable immediately, mold quickly to my foot and are reasonably priced. I will be buying more pairs of these.

4th pair now

I just bought my 4th pair of these insoles over the last year because they work so well. I need one for every pair of shoes I own because without them my plantar fasciitis acts up causing heel pain. I work out in these, run, jump, walk , run errands and wear daily. Easy to move between shoes, trim to size and stay put. Highly recommend.

Best one yet!

I’ve tried dozens of shoe inserts to try to relieve the pain and prevent the growing of calluses!! One is on the outer foot below the pinky. The other under my big toe pad. To date, so far, your product is helping the best, but wonder, how long they will last? Any other Ideas for my problem? Thank You

Thankful for these insoles!

Over the years I suffered from terrible callouses and had to have a podiatrist help keep them reduced. He had these available and I won’t ever be without them. They are wide enough to cover the whole bottom of the ball of my foot. Greatly reduced the callous buildup!

Nice arch support!

I really like the arch support of this insert! Tried others and this one outperforms. Would like to have thicker padding by toes and ball of foot - don't have a lot of natural padding and have numbness in toes; otherwise would recommend product.

Awesome insoles

My doctor prescribed these for me. I have bunions on both feet and in pain. Since I replace all my shoes insoles with these I have no problems. They were an answer to avoiding surgery.
