Presure relief insoles

Great product! Almost as good as the $200-$300 custom molded insoles. I have diabetes and have had 3 surgeries on my feet and i work for the railroad and walk constantly on balast. They have held up so far and feel good

4th pair now

I just bought my 4th pair of these insoles over the last year because they work so well. I need one for every pair of shoes I own because without them my plantar fasciitis acts up causing heel pain. I work out in these, run, jump, walk , run errands and wear daily. Easy to move between shoes, trim to size and stay put. Highly recommend.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • how thick are these

The forfoot is approximately 1/4" thick and the area beneath the heel is about 1/2" thick

  • How long do you think they will last before you would buy another pair

This specific insole usally needs to be replaced once every 6 months.

  • I am a female with EE width - are the men’s insoles wider then women’s?

The Pressure Relief insoles are unisex, so the men's insoles are the same width as the women's.

  • Does this have a high arch support? And is it firm enough that it doesn't flatten under weight?

This insole has a nice medium arch support. It is a soft insert with a plastazote top cover and will give support but also flatten under weight.  If you are looking for a high arch insole that will not flatten under weight you may want to try the Prothotic Ultra Arch.

  • I have no arches and dont know what insoles to order

The Pressure Relief is a great insole for a low arch.  Another good option is the Spenco Total Support.
