Motion Control10 SECONDS
Previously New Balance Motion Control 3210. The Ten Seconds Motion Control orthotic is designed with a four-part support system. The heel cup, external heel stabilizer, arch support, and metatarsal support all work together to stabilize and support the foot. The stability plate allows for an anatomically shaped arch support and heel cradle to stabilize the mid and rear foot. Extra cushioning in the heel may help to provide relief from plantar fasciitis. Metatarsal support distributes pressure and can help provide relief from Morton’s neuroma and metatarsalgia. New Balance Insoles fit in most athletic, casual, and hiking shoes that come with removable footbeds. The insoles are designed to be used all day, every day, for standing, running, or any sport.

I have used Motion Control Insoles for more than a year. I am inflicted with Psioriatic Arthritis. These insoles in my shoes provide the support needed to allow me pain-free movement of my feet and legs - to exercise and lead a healthy life style despite the sensitivity caused by the arthritis.
This site is the only place I can trust for insoles. I have multiple foot problems so need cushioning plus arch support plus control. No insole is a “cure all” for me, but I find that if I switch (have always had to do this as it seems what helps one thing often hurts another) between these and the 10 second “ultra arch”, I can manage things. I call it “pain management “ This is especially true as I am 74 and trying to increase walking, elliptical etc. To stay strong and loose some pounds. Have been to many podiatrists over the years and custom orthotics only cause me more discomfort. I recommend both products for anyone who is in my shoes! (Ha, ha!)
I have plantar fasciitis, a flexible foot and metatarsalgia which flared up recently. After putting these insoles in my shoes my foot pain was gone within a couple hours and I have worn them constantly since then. I'm on my feet most of the day, walk and work out daily so need good support. I've had 6 pair of custom-made orthotics through the years but none have worked well. This insole is the answer for me. I did order 9.5-10 women's insoles and they fit perfectly in my size 10.5 athletic shoes. The support is great and the cushioning is wonderful.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
Can I wash my Motion Control Insole?
You can hand wash and air dry your motion control insoles. If needed you can use a soft bristled brush. You may remove excess water with a soft towel and allow to air dry. Do not place near a heat source to dry and do not machine wash or dry.
I am flat footed & have plantar fascitis of the right foot. I wear a size 10 1/2 sneaker. Which product & what size insole should I get?
The Ten Seconds Motion Control is a great insole for a flat foot and is very good for plantar fasciities. Another really good option is the Superfeet Copper. Both of these insoles fit the best in a shoe with a removable liner. We recommend getting whichever size corresponds with your shoe size. If the insole is at all too long for the shoe the end can be trimmed.
