Description
Description
The 10 Seconds® Ultra Arch is the perfect insole for those with a high arch or a structured, rigid foot.
The 10 Seconds Ultra Arch is a cushioned insole that supports the foot while adding necessary shock absorption. Thanks to the metatarsal support, which distributes pressure evenly, the 10 Seconds Ultra Arch is a favorite of marathon runners and casual athletes looking for an insole to prevent/alleviate plantar fasciitis pain, heel pain, or Achilles tendonitis.
10 Seconds Ultra Arch insoles are designed to go with you anywhere, from the court to the cubicle, and are designed for standing, running, and any sport in between.

- Foot types: High Arch, Medium Arch, Flexible Foot

The insoles are not waterproof and will absorb moisture. If you use them in the pool you will want to make sure to let them thoroughly dry in between each use.
-
which is better for mortons neuroma, metatarsal pain with accompying planter faschitis the motion green or the ultr orange. thank u.
They are both excellent insoles for metatarsal pain and plantar fasciities. If you have a high arch we recommend the Ten Seconds Ultra Arch. If you have a medium to low arch we recemmend the Ten Seconds Motion Control.
-
Are are they good for long periods of standing
Yes these are great for adding comfort and support to your shoes during long periods of standing. The Ultra Arch insole is one of the top choices for people with high arches.
-
Are these good for wide width shoes?
Yes these should work well in a wide width shoe.
-
Should I order one size up of the 10 Second Ultra Arch for a wide foot?
At times you can order a size up, however with the Ultra Arch insoles we generally recommend ordering the same size as your foot to insure proper metatarsal placement. The insole will usually fit properly into a wide shoe as well as a regular width shoe.
-
I wear a hiking boot with a wide toe box (not a wide shoe size) and have a med-high arch, so I need an orthotic that will fill out the toe box. How wide is your toe in a women's 6.5?
The widest width of the forefoot on the Ultra Arch is 3.5 "
-
What is the height of the arch?
The highest part of the arch is 1 3/8" when there is no weight on the insole. It will compress slightly when weight is put on it.

How can you tell you need to replace the insoles due to wear
Insoles generally last between 6-12 months depending on how much they are used and the materials they are made out of. If you notice that they do not feel as supportive as they once did, it is time to replace them. It is usually best to replace your insoles when you replace your shoes.
-
Are these ESD inserts
No they are not.
